The fleet is chosen for this area: narrow streets in the old towns, bends heading inland and long runs to the airport. Every card says how many we actually have, because availability depends on that.

You book a segment, not a chassis. The model in the photograph is what you get almost every time; if it does not come back in time on those dates, or it is in for servicing, you get a car from the same segment — same seats, same boot, same gearbox — or better, at the same price. It may come from a supplier we have worked with for years. You hear about it before pick-up, not at the desk.
